A report is not a debrief

An assessment can give someone useful language and insight. The debrief is where that insight becomes personal, contextual and practical — what the pattern might look like at work, where it helps, where it can get in the way, and what to do with it.

HOGAN

WHAT ARE YOU KNOWN FOR AT YOUR BEST, WHAT CAN SHOW UP UNDER PRESSURE, AND WHAT DRIVES YOU?

Hogan looks at reputation — how others are likely to experience you — across day-to-day strengths, potential derailers under pressure and the motives and values that shape what you pay attention to.

Useful for leadership development, high potentials, succession conversations and career transitions.

GENOS EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

HOW ARE YOU LANDING ON THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU, RIGHT NOW?

Genos focuses on emotionally intelligent workplace behaviours and, in 360 form, draws on the experience of the people who work around the leader.

Useful when impact, relationships, self-management or leadership presence has become the development question.

TMS

HOW DOES WORK MOVE THROUGH YOUR TEAM?

TMS explores work preferences: the kinds of contribution people are naturally drawn to and where a team may have strengths, gaps or predictable friction. It describes preference, not ability.

Useful for intact teams that want a clearer way to discuss how work gets done together.

Each assessment includes a facilitated debrief so the participant can interpret the results in context, test what resonates and decide what is worth doing differently. Where useful, a follow-up session one to two weeks later can turn that insight into a focused plan after the participant has noticed the patterns at work.

"I was impressed by the depth and accuracy of the results. The key value came from the debrief with Dan, which helped me make sense of the blind spots so I could take practical steps to strengthen my leadership effectiveness and career satisfaction."

— Julia, Director

Assessments are priced according to the instrument and format, with cohort pricing available for groups. Assessment and debrief can also be added to coaching where it supports the development goal.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell me what you are trying to understand. I can help you work out which instrument answers that question — or whether an assessment is necessary at all.
